These Terms of Service govern your use of the BAE Boutique by Jess website and your purchase of products from us. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked during checkout.
OUR PRODUCTS
BAE Boutique by Jess specializes in pre-loved, vintage, and one-of-one luxury bags and accessories.
Unless a listing explicitly states that an item is “new” or “new with tags,” customers should assume that it has been previously owned. Pre-loved items may show signs of age, storage, handling, maintenance, repair, or prior use.
Descriptions, photographs, condition information, measurements, and authentication details are provided in good faith. Slight differences in color, texture, scale, or appearance may result from lighting, photography, and display settings.
BAE Boutique by Jess is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the brands whose products we sell.
AVAILABILITY
Most products are one of one and may be offered through multiple sales channels. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.
We may decline or cancel an order because of an inventory conflict, pricing or listing error, payment problem, fraud concern, shipping restriction, or other operational issue. If we cancel a paid order, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.
PRICING, PAYMENT, AND TAXES
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice before purchase. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated or displayed during checkout.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order enters fulfillment.
AUTHENTICITY
BAE Boutique by Jess stands behind the authenticity of the luxury goods we sell.
When a listing states that third-party authentication is included, authentication is provided by the independent service identified in the listing. Authentication certificates and identifiers apply only to the specific item submitted.
Third-party authentication does not create an affiliation with or warranty from the original brand.
CONDITION
Each pre-loved item is unique. Customers are responsible for reviewing the listing, photographs, measurements, condition description, and disclosed wear before purchasing.
Normal characteristics of age, material variation, prior use, or disclosed wear do not make an item defective or materially misrepresented.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND SHIPPING
Our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy are incorporated into these terms. Please review them before purchasing.
Orders placed through Whatnot or another third-party marketplace are also governed by that platform’s applicable rules.
PROHIBITED USE
You may not:
• Misuse or interfere with the security or operation of the website.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the website or another customer’s account.
• Submit fraudulent orders or payment information.
• Use automated methods to scrape or copy the website.
• Reproduce our original content for commercial use without permission.
• Use the website in violation of applicable law.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Original website text, photography, graphics, branding, and other content belong to BAE Boutique by Jess or are used with permission.
Brand names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify authentic products offered for resale.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.
BAE Boutique by Jess is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or a purchase.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
