1. We find a match.
When we locate a piece that fits your request, we’ll contact you within 24 hours with photos, condition details, the total price, and the estimated shipping timeline. There’s no obligation until you approve it.

2. You approve and pay.
If it’s the piece you want, full payment is required before BAE secures it on your behalf. We’ll confirm the expected ship timing before you commit.

3. We secure it for you.
Once you approve the item and BAE purchases it specifically for your request, the sourcing purchase is committed. If you later cancel after the item has been secured, a 30% sourcing and restocking fee will be retained from your payment.
